Referral Community Guidelines
Our referral groups are intentionally designed to create meaningful connections, consistent visibility, and real business growth. To maintain the integrity of the experience for every member, we ask that you follow the structure below:
Submission Timeline
All referrals must be submitted by Friday at 8PM.
Referrals will be reviewed and distributed to your group on Monday, setting the tone for the week ahead.
Curated Groups of Four
Each group is limited to 4 women.
This ensures you are highlighted once per month and allows you to truly get to know the women in your group—creating a more intentional, supportive, and effective referral environment.
Weekly Referral Spotlight
Each week, one member is placed in the referral spotlight.
You must submit your offer or specific referral request by Monday, giving your group time to thoughtfully connect, share, and respond with aligned opportunities.
Growth & Expansion
If you would like to be added to additional referral groups, you must refer two accepted members into the community.
This ensures aligned growth while maintaining the quality and intention of each group.
Give to Receive
This is a reciprocal community.
To receive referrals, you must actively participate by giving.
If you are away or unavailable, please communicate this with your group in advance.
If you miss more than two consecutive weeks without notice, you will be removed from the referral program to maintain the energy and flow of the group.
